Mic Mic Bees was born at the intersection of service, sustainability, and a deep respect for the natural world.
My journey spans public service, humanitarian work, and agricultural development—from serving communities in the United States to working as an agricultural extension volunteer in Guinea, West Africa. It was there, in rural villages, that I saw firsthand how beekeeping is more than honey—it is food security, education, environmental stewardship, and economic empowerment.
Mic Mic Bees reflects that philosophy.
Every product is thoughtfully created through hands-on experience in beekeeping and product formulation, rooted in traditional practices and informed by modern education. From beeswax balms to wellness goods, each item honors the role bees play in sustaining ecosystems and livelihoods.
Education is central to this work. Mic Mic Bees exists to teach—about pollinators, ethical beekeeping, and how everyday products can support healthier communities and a healthier planet.
Looking forward, Mic Mic Bees is committed to building bridges—uplifting local beekeepers, collaborating with fellow stewards of the land, and expanding partnerships in Guinea to support sustainable apiculture, knowledge exchange, and future sourcing.
This is more than a brand.
It’s a hive built on purpose, connection, and respect for the bees that make it all possible.
